Registered Vascular Solutions, Inc. has a very experienced team of vascular technologists who have over 30 years of dedicated vascular testing experience. All of our technologist are registered through the ARDMS with an advanced credential in the specialty of vascular testing RVT.
Brian Sapp, RVT, RPhS
Brian has been performing vascular testing since 1997. He worked in two of the largest vascular laboratories in the southeast before joining Dr. Craddock in Newnan in 2004. In 2010 he was the first technologist/sonographer to achieve the RPhS credential in the state of Georgia. The RPhS credential is an advanced credential in the study of phlebology or veins. Brian has taught over 100 lecture series in the past 8 years all over the United States and is very passionate about vascular testing and vascular disease education.
James Sapp, BS, RVT
James has been performing vascular testing since 1999. He also has worked in two of the largest vascular laboratories in the southeast. He joined Dr. Craddock and Brian in 2006 opening up their second location in Newnan. James has a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Alabama Birmingham. He was the lead sonographer of a vascular lab in the metro Atlanta area prior to joining Southern Vein Care.
Both of our technologist are known in the community locally, regionally, and nationally for providing accurate, compassionate and quality vascular testing and diagnosis.
We believe that ultrasound is an art form. The process of diseminating information while showing pathology is a special skill. Like an artist there are techniques that allow you to enhance your natural talents.
The first step in performing quality cerebral vascular imaging is understanding the anatomy, physiology, history, symptomology and management of cerebral vascular disease. Registered Vascular Solutions, Inc. doesn't teach beginner level or introductory courses. You are either performing the full exam at a high level or your cheating your patient. When we step into your facility we have a systematic way of teaching to brings about the natural abilty of each sonographer.
